TPO coated fabric This product is made of Polypropylene(PP)knitted fabric coated by the TPO. Production includes a polypropylene woven fabric, a smooth TPO coating layer is arranged above the polypropylene woven fabric, and a dumb TPO coating layer is arranged below the polypropylene woven fabric. Branch PP is used as a bonding aid to improve the bonding fastness of the coated layer to the polypropylene cloth; the composition and ratio of the present invention are reasonable, and the extrusion casting process is adopted; the obtained TPO coated layer has excellent performance and achieves lightweight. Quality, long service life, low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, waterproof, anti-mildew, environmental protection, and Recycling effects. which is the best replacement for PVC tarp and PE tarp.

Advantages :

1. Excellent physical properties. It is good flexible, Excellent Weather-Resistant, strong strength, and low/hot temperature resistance  (-60°C to 80°C).

Complying with FDA's Food Contact Substances regulations, Compared with PVC tarp. , Its base fabric is polypropylene fabric, which can be 100% recycled into pellets for reuse. While PVC tarpaulin base fabric is polyester, which can not be compatible with PVC when recycled. So the only solution is to burn it which will release the toxic.
3. Light Weight. Compared with PVC density 1.40-1.45, TPU density 1.20, Its density is only 0.88,  40% lighter than PVC tarp.,30% lighter than TPU tarp in the same thickness.  
4.  Anti-aging and waterproof. Its anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet properties are superior and will not deteriorate within 3-5 years.
5. Technical Strength. Highly Durable and flexible. Resistance to Chemicals, Oil, and Water,
6. Cost-effective.  Width up to 5.20m reducing a lot of the seaming cost.
7. Welding method. It is recommended to use hot air welding, the welding temperature is 350-450oc.
